How to change the default occlusion colour

Hello everyone,

Is there a way to change the default colours for the native anki occlusion template? The only thing I’ve been able to find on this was from 7 years ago, and the menu option doesn’t seem to exist anymore.

I need to make my cards with the native occlusion, because I do the bulk of my studying on the ios version of anki and it doesn’t support add ons. (If I have this wrong, please let me know!)

What I’m hoping to do is change the default colour from a pale yellow to gray for non-active answers, and from red to a bright green for the current question/answer. (I use a lot of medical images, and red tends to blend in.)

Any help would be appreciated!

The colors can be adjusted in the styling tab of the template

Thanks! What was throwing me was that it still shows me a yellow box when I’m making the occlusion and when I preview the card, so I kept manually changing each one. I ran it through a test this time and see that even though it previews yellow it is in fact gray and green now. Thank you!
