How to add a comment to addon reviews at AnkiWeb?

I published an addon and I can’t understand how other addon authors add comments to reviews like this:

It doesn’t work like shared decks? If you shared decks you can go to a page containing all your decks and can reply from there. The page can be accessed from the decks page of ankiweb’s website.

But I haven’t shared any decks. I published an addon and want to answer a question asked in a review.
I don’t see any ways to do it.
If you know how to do it, please, give more detailed hint.
