How do I fix settings in my anki decks?

I tried modifying the settings to adjust my options, but when I restored them to default, the learning steps didn’t change as expected. Now my options look like what’s shown in the photo attached below

How do I fix that?

For a newly introduced card, those button-intervals appear to match those settings just fine. But there are different things that you might be asking about here. Can you say specifically what you’re looking for a fix/explanation for, so I can focus my response on that?

Oh my god haha, I’m sorry for the confusion! I was completely sure that the default settings included buttons like 1min, 1d, and 4d. However, I still have an issue with adjusting those buttons to my preference. What should my settings look like if I want to set options like “10min, 3h, 1d, 3d”?
I’m not sure if I fully understand the settings. Based on what I’ve learned, I would guess they should look like this (photo), but after applying these settings, my options end up looking like this.

It’s not entirely possible to completely define static intervals in all cases. This is for a few reasons, but one of them being ‘fuzz’ that Anki applies (link below).

If you want ‘again’ to be 10m and ‘good’ to be 1d then you would use learning steps of: 10m 1d

The ‘hard’ interval will be decided for you, as a sort of midpoint between ‘again’ and ‘good’ though you can’t specifically define the value.

The ‘easy’ interval will mostly be determined by the setting ‘easy interval’ though this will fluctuate to some degree based on Anki fuzz. So even if you define it as 3 days it will show up often as 3 days but occasionally also as, say, 2 days or 4 days. This is a normal feature
