This appears to be a New card that you’re studying for the first time. Those intervals are controlled by your learning steps and other intervals you have set in Deck Options. Some of them you can control directly, others are set by the algorithm based on your settings.
You can change your learning steps as you see fit – learn more about that in Deck Options - Anki Manual . Make sure you’re using the grading buttons correctly as well.
I’ll encourage you to not try to modify much else in Options until you understand exactly what you’re changing and why. But I’ll also encourage you to enable the newer FSRS algorithm, so there are fewer settings to worry about.
