You can view card info by going to the card browser. Shortcuts exist too and I use them regularly. I assign the touch top left
gesture to card info.
You can also view that screen in landscape to reveal time of review.
In ankidroid, you can configure which functions to show in the menu.
And not all of them are enabled by default.
Yes, the option exists on AnkiDroid. Switching to landscape mode provides more detailed information.

We’ve already got too many options on that menu, it’s likely best left as an advanced feature, especially as it’s available in the Browser
