Failed to get Computed Style with Japanese Kanji

Hey guys,

since some time now my Japanese decks are failing. I have to make new ones every time. It happens only with cards with Kanji I wrote with the japanese keyboard I downloaded from Windows and cards with imagines I took in 2019 from Kanji in a book.
Error for the Kanji is this one:

Please take into account that I don´t understand much of programming yet, so please keep instructions simple. If you wonder about the asteriks,I just put them there because it says I am not allowed to put that many links in.

Big thanks. You´re a genius, I had that issue for a long time now and didnt know what to do since I couldnt use the app anymore on my computer for japanese and always had to use my phone.
