Export function not working

I am unable to export Anki decks.

Anki 2.1.44 (b2b3275f) Python 3.8.6 Qt 5.14.2 PyQt 5.14.2

Platform: Windows 10

Flags: frz=True ao=False sv=2

Could someone please troubleshoot this problem? Tools → Check Database does nothing for me.

The error seems to indicate there’s a problem with your disk. Maybe the Windows disk checking tools will be able to help.

Hi dae, what does ‘Windows disk checking tool’ mean? I can’t understand what Google is telling me.

I think dae means the tools in disk properties.
