Error when using Chinese Anki Deck with Audio and Add-on built-in

Platform: Mac 10.16

Flags: frz=True ao=True sv=1

Caught exception:

<class ‘UnicodeEncodeError’>: ‘ascii’ codec can’t encode characters in position 21-22: ordinal not in range(128)

Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot this? This error appears everytime I review a single card, basically making it impossible to review.

I saw this as I was trying to access a Mandarin Deck

Have you tried this? If you haven’t, first export the deck or make a backup, and do that please.
