Error when trying to backup: see below error message

Hi - I am trying to export my desktop anki to my onedrive but it comes up with below message… I have no idea what this means so if anyone could advise as to the cause it would be much appreciated. I have turned off all add ons and checked database to optimise and issue still persists.

What exactly are you trying to export from Anki? Is it an APKG or COLPKG file? How big is your collection?

It seems like for making periodic backups, it would be easier to just make a copy of certain parts of your Anki2 data folder (while Anki is not running). Have you considered that instead?

You may find exporting to a different location works around whatever the problem is.

FIXED - think the issue was in trying to export to onedrive. Exported to desktop which worked, then just moved to onedrive. THANKS!!! :slight_smile:
