Error message while organizing my decks

Hi! Anki keeps showing me this Error message while I am in the browser organizing my flashcards into new decks. I have disabled all the add-ons (error message #1), but this message appears again now saying that I should check the Database (error message #2). I also did this, but that error keeps showing and I have to force quit Anki in order to use the app again. I have noticed that every time this error message appears, there is one empty row in the browser area.
How can I fix this problem?

Thanks (and sorry for my English).
