I went to import a deck and the following error appeared:

500: Failed to copy from ‘collection.anki21’ to 'C:\Users\ POLICI~1\AppData\Local Temp.tmpdvBGP1’: corrupt deflate stream

The file you’re trying to import appears to be damaged.

How can I fix it?

Can you get another copy of the deck to import?

Ask the other user who had it to resend
