Erorr 10013 on start local sync server

Hi. I am used local server to synchronize Anki desks with AnkiDroid and desktop Anki version. This way works file about 3 months. Today I tried to start local sync server and get a next error:

\anki-console.exe” --syncserverSync server failed: couldn’t bind to 0.0.0.0:8080

Caused by this error:1: Сделана попытка доступа к сокету методом, запрещенным правами доступа. (os error 10013)

Error: Failed to run (1): Scripts/python.exe -c import aqt, sys; sys.argv[0] = ‘Anki’; aqt.run() --syncserverPress enter to close…

I updated Anki to last version, but it doesn’t help.
What I should check or configure to restore sync server working? Can you provide some help, please.

I checked used ports and not found any usage of port 8080, but when I change it, local sync server started again.
Check port usage on Windows 10
netstat -ano (windows 10)
Change sync server port: add before running local sync server.
set SYNC_PORT=50000

Issue can be closed.
