Could someone please assist with downloading to Windows 10. When I attempt to download I receive the below message. Any suggestions?

All of the install files are at github, so if you can reach that, you should be able to download just fine. There is an alternate download archive on ankiweb,net – Index of /downloads/archive/ – the most recent version there is 23.12.1, but that would be enough to get you started.
