Docker build error

I have attempted to build anki in a container following the instructions at anki/docs/docker, but unfortunately was not successful. I encountered the below error when attempting to build the docker image from both Windows and WSL2.

The author of that dockerfile is listed in the file - perhaps they have an idea. If I had to guess, perhaps it’s a Windows-specific issue.
