Discourse also support "private tickets"

On https://faqs.ankiweb.net/getting-help.html#ankimobile-iphoneipad it redirects to TenderApp for private tickets:

> ## AnkiMobile (iPhone/iPad)
>
> Please start by taking a look at [AnkiMobile's
> manual](https://docs.ankimobile.net/#/) to see if your question is covered
> there. If you still have questions or need to report a bug, please post either
> on the [user forums](https://forums.ankiweb.net) which Damien checks regularly,
> or create a [private ticket](https://anki.tenderapp.com/discussions/private).

But Discourse also has private tickets by direct messages. With this link, it will open a private message to the group moderators: https://forums.ankiweb.net/new-message?groupname=moderators

Discourse supports private messages, but it requires signing up first, or extra work to set up.
