Desktop will not sync, error message

Error message: “Error details: ⁨error decoding response body: expected value at line 1 column 1⁩”

Just started this afternoon. Nothing different about my internet settings, no VPN, have updated to latest version, tried the force sync upload/download, restarted everything, nothing works. MacBook Pro M1. Any help??
