I found the issue. it’s the unused note type named “IO-one by one (OMM for COMLEX / Jwill)”. Delete it from Tools > Manage Note types then run Check Database. Your collection size should go down to ~160 MB. Note: Do not try to preview the templates in the Card Types screen. Anki will hang forever. …
