Hello,
I installed the Chinese Support Add-On on my desktop version, and I enabled it correctly but everytime I start Anki it tells me that there was an error in loading the add-on. I have searched every forum and every specific problem description and didn’t find anything and I also tried everything I found but it didn’t work. Also deleting and reloading it, was unsuccessful.
I really want to facilitate my Chinese studies, so I would be massively grateful if someone could help me solve that annoying problem quickly.

Could you perhaps share screenshots of what you are actually seeing? What is the error shown by Anki?

thanks for your answer. That’s what I’m always shown. I don’t solely have that problem with the Chinese support add-on but also with beautify anki, however this one has partly changed the apps look.

You should contact the add-on author through whatever methods they request on the add-on page – start with clicking “Contact Author.” As your screenshot says – you should include the results of clicking “Copy Debug Info” when you report this.
Until it’s repaired, you can disable the add-on.
