Cards getting jumbled

We have been using Anki decks for our language classes for a long time. We make anki decks and then students import them and study them. However recently Anki started putting the whole deck on 1 card like this:

When I look at the card itself it should look like this:

Multiple students across android, PC, and MAC are all having this issue. I wonder if it might be because of the recent Anki version update?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Could you post also the card templates? Also, do you have any add-on?

I suspect you’ve accidentally pasted the import log into the card templates screen. If you click on Cards… in the editing screen and find the unwanted text on the front or back, deleting it will fix the problem.
