Cards appear on the panel but not on the main page

Download some cards and they appear in the panel to be edited. However, they do not appear on the main screen, I have already tried downloading the cards again, but it says that they are already in my collection

I think by the “panel” you mean the Browse window – Browsing - Anki Manual? If they show there, then they exist in your collection, and there’s no need to download them again.

The cards that are shown on the main screen are due to be studied today (Studying - Anki Manual). If you don’t have any cards showing there – that’s why. Have you setup your Deck Options (Deck Options - Anki Manual) to introduce a certain number of New cards per day yet?
