Cant view my [Image Occlusion Enhanced] cards on PC?

i can’t view my Image Occlusion Enhanced] cards on my laptop, although iam able to study them on AnkiDroid, and AnkiWeb. ???
i tried old supported Anki versions like 2.1.50 and 2.1.49, but still the same issue

i even posted about it in the official addon GitHub with more details,
but no replies: broken images icon during study in supported versions? · Issue #321 · glutanimate/image-occlusion-enhanced · GitHub

Could someone please help, as almost all my notes are image occlusion enhanced?

What do the pictures show us? Looks like you wanted to show us that the image is indeed in the collection.media folder but not displayed on your cards. Is that correct?

Did you try everything in Troubleshooting - Anki Manual?

• Did you try everything in Troubleshooting - Anki Manual ? YES, also tried all options of “change the video driver” and still the same issue

• Interestingly, the “Review heatmap” symbols are also showing as a broken image icon!!

1. When you tried Troubleshooting, did that include restarting in safe mode – to disable your add-ons? If not, try that.
2. Have you run Tools > Check Media? Are those mask files listed as missing or unused?
