Can't reposition some new cards

I’m about to merge two collections.

Thereby I’ve been looking at the “Position” of my new Cards and discovered, that I have a few with absurd high positions which I’m not able to reposition.

I believe, there had been a post about years ago, but it couldn’t find it.

Is there a recommendation to get it fixed?

Have you checked the new cards aren’t suspended?

Yes, I did.

What happens when you try to reposition them?

Nothing. They keep the old position. But in the meanwhile I have them exported as TXT (it hadn’t been that much) and reimported. Now I hope, that’s it and it won’t happen again.
