Can't add cloze in mathjax in Anki 2.1.55 and 2.1.56rc1

Hi,

I’m a very new user in Anki (4 days), so please excuse me if I do a mistake asking here. Also, my Anki interface is in French and not in English. I could have mistranslated some terms. I apologize in advance.

I’m trying to add some maths in my notes. I was able to add cloze using mathjax editor in 2.1.54 version, but I can’t in 2.55 stable version nor in 2.1.56 (from anki-2.1.56+rc1_bc697597-mac-apple-qt6.dmg). What I want to do is add something like this:

{{c2::1}} \times {{c3::5}} = {{c1::5}}

In Anki 2.1.54 the cursor upon the “Add cloze” button looked like a little hand. Now in Anki 2.1.55 and 2.1.56rc1 it looks like a little hand with a no entry sign.
