Cannot select "Again <10mins" because of error message

Hello,
When I use Anki on my computer I cannot select the interval “again <10min” and when I press it the below error message pops up. I’ve tried everything: Disabeling all the add-ons, starting with holding down shift key, re-installing the Anki app on my computer, but none of these work… Any tips on how to solve this? Thank you

I already tried all this! This is why I’m writing here since I can’t get in contact with Anki support…

Already done that too, it’s the latest version.

Please paste the error you get with the latest version.
