I’ve just started using Anki, I’m not using any add-ons. Every time I try to press “Again” when I get a card wrong an error message shows up, as a result I can’t re-do cards.
Error message is below:
Anki 2.1.56 (07fd88dd) Python 3.9.15 Qt 6.4.0 PyQt 6.4.0 Platform: Windows-10-10.0.22000 Flags: frz=True ao=False sv=2 Add-ons, last update check: 2023-01-27 16:47:35 Caught exception: Traceback (most recent call last): File “aqt.webview”, line 43, in cmd File “aqt.webview”, line 150, in _onCmd File “aqt.webview”, line 620, in _onBridgeCmd File “aqt.reviewer”, line 539, in _linkHandler File “aqt.reviewer”, line 456, in _answerCard File “anki.scheduler.v2”, line 458, in answerCard File “anki.scheduler.v2”, line 487, in _answerCard File “anki.scheduler.v2”, line 840, in _answerRevCard File “anki.scheduler.v2”, line 857, in _rescheduleLapse File “anki.scheduler.v2”, line 589, in _moveToFirstStep File “anki.scheduler.v2”, line 582, in _updateRevIvlOnFail File “anki.scheduler.v2”, line 870, in _lapseIvl TypeError: unsupported operand type(s) for *: ‘int’ and ‘NoneType’
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
