I‘ve been using Anki on my iphone for a long time and I usually add mov files to my cards to learn pronunciation. But recently，the app crashes every time I open a card with mov files. Anki for mac and Anki for ipad don’t have this problem.
This is a bug triggered by older iOS versions. I will try to work around it in the next AnkiMobile release; in the mean time, updating your iOS version should fix it.

That‘s a pity because my iphone x cannot upgrade to the latest version of ios anymore😭Anyway，thank you for answering my question. Hope this problem can be solved.

Is it iOS 16.7.8? Unfortunately, the work-around is turning the videos off.

Yes，16.7.8 and 16.7.9！I tried to turn on silence mode but it still crashes every time when the video player shows. Now I paused all the cards with video attached to it.

Apple have just approved the next update. If you visit AnkiMobile’s app store page, you should be able to download it without having to wait for it to roll out.
