Cannot import shared deck on Macbook

Hi,

I would like to import a shared deck on my Anki Desktop but it does not work. After downloading the file, when I open the file it opens Anki but nothing happens and no deck is added.

Could someone please help resolve this issue please?

If you use File>Import inside Anki to import it, what message is displayed?
