Hello!
I just wanted to get started with anki, but for some reason, it is not working.
After downloading Anki universal from the microsoft store, which went smoothly, i downloaded some .apkg files from my fellow students. As soon as I wanted to import the files into the app, the message “Can’t extract package. This may happen if the app is not allowed to acces your package or the package is corrupted.”
I know for a fact though, that the files work for other fellow students.
What could be the reason for the app/files to not be working?
