I am trying to delete a profile but an error message pops up. I tried searching Google and on the Anki Forums, but couldn’t find any answers. I also followed the steps on the “when problems occur” page, but the error message still comes up. What should I do? Here’s the error:

@abdo Thank you for the links, but I do not have a Windows computer so those commands in the faqs.ankiweb.net link do not work for me. I’m running macOS Big Sur 11.0.1. I did check and I have full permissions for read & write of the Anki profile. I am still getting the error that I do not have permission though when I try to delete the profile.
@dae I ran First Aid, but tried to delete the profile again and it still came up with the same error.
