Bug when I want to access to all cards

Hello,
I have this error message when I want to access to “all cards”
I deactivate my two addons, I close and re-open Anki many times and nothing changed.

Anki 2.1.56 (07fd88dd) Python 3.9.15 Qt 6.4.0 PyQt 6.4.0

Platform: Windows-10-10.0.19045

Flags: frz=True ao=False sv=2

Add-ons, last update check: 2023-07-04 09:26:52

Does this issue persist with newer Anki versions?

I didn’t install the last version because I was scared to lost everything :sweat_smile:
I have 800 cards - I did backups but I am not sure about that. Did I have to desinstall all?

I install the last version, it’s all good and I didn’t lost my cards. Thanks

Happy to hear that. You can just install the new version over the old one. Anki keeps also backups and downgrading is possible.
