Bug: Skipping to next card and answer instead of just next question

I updated to Anki Version ⁨23.12.1 (1a1d4d54)⁩ yesterday and since then I’ve been having the following issue:

When view a question and press spacebar to show answer it works normal. When I then go and press either Spacebar or 1, 2, 3 or 4 to advance to the next card, the answer will stay on the screen instead of advancing to the next question. When I then hit spacebar again it directly skips to the next question WITH the next answer.

I keep having to press command Z to go back but it happens on every 3rd-4th card and is very annoying and time consuming.

Has anyone else had this issue?
