Bug report - Text doesn't align

I can’t move this blue text, I would have to delete it to fix it. Have someone else encountered this bug?

I edit notes often, and often, when I try to change the alignment, a line gets pinned and it can’t be moved.

How to replicate this bug:

1. Create a list (press Enter to separate the items) (I’ve created a list with “ABC” “DEF” “GHI”)
   

2. Select all and centralize all of the items
   

   

3. Select the 2 last ones and create an non-ordered list (Ctrl + ,). This list will be centralized.

4. Select the items in the list and align them to the left.
   

   

5. Select the 2 last items and undo the non-ordered list.
   

   

6. Now the 2nd item will be bugged and will be pinned in the center of the screen. Now it requires to delete it to fix the bug. (I clicked to align all of the 3 items in the left, but it only aligned the items 1 and 3, the 2nd item is now pinned)

The first thing you should look at is the HTML view of the field (the < > to the upper R). That will show you at what point in this sequence the various HTML tags (div, span, br, ul, li) are getting tangled up.
