Default IO, I don’t use any add-ons.
I’ve been with this problem since the Anki’s June update, my image occlusion masks keep moving as I review them At the start, all works normal, but, after 1 or 2 weeks, it’s all dislocated. It happens gets worst everytime I study/answer the IO notes.
I’ve asked in Anki’s Discord and Sorata had said that it’s a bug and Expertium have said that he have the same problem too.

It’s 24.06, not 25.06, unless you’re a time traveler.
Anyway, while I don’t know how to reproduce this problem or even have any screenshots that demonstrate that it exists, I can say that OP is not the only one. I’ve encountered this problem as well.

I made a video. I edit masks on the map of Japanese prefectures: I change the positions of masks, then save edits, then edit again, several times.
Notice that there is a prefecture whose mask I never changed (Aomori), yet it still shifts on its own.

I have to use Imgur because apparently a 3.6 MB video is too much for forums.
EDIT: just for clarification, this isn’t the only mask that shifts on it’s own.
