Audio not playing on AnkiWeb after syncing from desktop

Hello, I’d like to ask about audio playback on AnkiWeb.

■ Situation

  • I downloaded a deck to the desktop version of Anki on PC A, and audio plays correctly there.
  • After syncing the deck to AnkiWeb and opening it in the browser on a different computer (PC B), the audio does not play.
  • The cards themselves (text, layout) appear to be synced correctly.

■ Environment

  • PC A (Anki desktop): OS (e.g., Windows 11) / Anki version (e.g., 24.x.x)
  • PC B (AnkiWeb): OS (e.g., macOS) / Browser (e.g., latest Chrome)
  • Audio file format: (e.g., mp3 / m4a)

■ What I’ve tried

  • Reloaded the browser
  • Clicked the play button manually
  • Tried a different browser
