Why doesn’t my audio work on ankdroid and anki web
I uploaded it from anki desktop
Please help

Please provide more details: how did you uploaded it, what did you expect to happen, how did you set it up, what actually happened, …
The more detailed your question, the better the answer.
Also, as an aside, AnkiWeb is not meant to support all the features of AnkiDesktop or AnkiDroid. It would not surprise me it does support audio playing, although it might be, so be sure to check if it works on Anki Desktop or AnkiDroid before AnkiWeb.
