Are the rate this buttons on all add-on pages and shared decks broken?

All the RateThis links seem to be showing as https://ankiweb.net/shared/review/%7Bdata.sharedId%7D. I cleared my browser cache but it’s still the same, but recently I’ve been giving malware add-ons low ratings in bulk (about 20?) so it might just be that my IP is blocked.
