Annoying tags visible

is there anyway to stop these tags from being visible?

This is caused by an add-on, you can (and should) deactivate add-ons not being used.

I have disabeled all add-ons and its still there.

Probably your add-on has modified your template. In this case, you’ll need to edit your template or change your note type.

I think this might be something that @AnKingMed bundles with their card template
