idk if it is possible on anki mobile/ankidroid, might need to log on desktop to merge decks
If your goal is to move all cards into one deck, the same approach will work in AnkiMobile’s browse screen as well. If your goal is move some decks into other decks so they appear in a nested structure, the fastest way would be to drag them on top of each other using the computer version.
