Which one is better for use, and why is it better. Please reply with reason if you have it. Someone asked me, and I want a good reply to them.

Anki app. It has more flexibility to me and does its job better. Anki web is still good but feels limiting

This isn’t an open question. The desktop version of Anki is the most complete version of the app, with access to all features of the app. AnkiWeb is a website interface useful for studying on-the-go and some light editing, but not much more. There is simply no contest between them.
