So I purchased AnkiMobile around last year August/September and it was working pretty well, nothing was wrong. Now, I can’t seem to update it. It just says “AnkiMobile Flashcards cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID” which is weird because I’m still using the same Apple ID
Is this an issue with the developers or the Apple Store?

Yep, I’m afraid this sounds like an Apple bug. You could try restarting your device, or logging out and back into the app store. If that doesn’t help, I’m afraid you’ll need to contact Apple.
