I’ve changed my phone a while ago and every time I try to sync, this error occurs.

If you just go to sync3.ankiweb.net in a web browser, does it work (if you see a blank page, it’s normal; an abnormal event would be seing an error such as the one you get in AnkiDroid)?

Just to be sure, do you have turned on any internet connection? Can you connect to any other website?
