请老师看这两幅图。我接收了朋友的文件夹之后在文件夹中找到了相应的插件安装包，然后看网上的教程进行了安装，安装完成后就显示这幅图上的窗口。
第二个问题是，我在anki的网站上注册了账号，我的账号应该是注册成功了，但是遇到了这个麻烦，我苦思冥想多日，从多处寻找答案，同时使用了翻墙软件，靠自己仍然无法解决，所以有没有乐于助人的老师或者玩anki的高手指点一二，在下不胜感激！
