Anki quick adder

Hi guys, isn´t Anki Quick Adder available anymore? (the extension with the orange symbol). I looked for it on chrome web store, but there´s only another one, with the same name, but it doesn´t work (black with yellow star symbol). I need to export content from a flashcards website (similar to Quizlet) to my Anki desktop app. Thanks. I would also appreciate suggestions of ways to do this task automatically, so I don´t need to add each card mannually, which is what I intend to do. Thanks.

Quick Adder appears to be a Chrome plugin made by an independent person, much like most addons. It’s not directly affiliated with, or maintained by, the Anki devs/team.

That being said, there are addons for importing from Quizlet to Anki. Been a while since I used any of them but it’s a common request and they can be found here: https://ankiweb.net/shared/addons

Cards can be input into Anki via several file formats. Click File → Import on the Anki main menu to see a list of formats. CSV is probably the most commonly used. If you can export your cards as a .csv file, you can import that file into Anki.

For data that you create yourself (without exporting), you can simply create a CSV file. You can arrange the information in columns in spreadsheet software like Excel and export to CSV or type the data in a text file and save that with the .csv extension. The data has to be separated by commas, spaces, etc. in CSV files so I suggest you look up the details of creating one if you’re unfamiliar.
