Anki is not opening after installing latest app

Hi. I was using a very old version of Anki (2.1.11) then due to a sync issue I decided to install the version 2.1.40 nd since then, after double clicking the Anki icon and lunch the app, I got this sequence of error popups telling an installed add-on failed to load etc etc. I have also tried to launch Anki pressing Shift I get a different error popup stating Ankin cannot open my collection file. So making it short: I can not longer open Anki and I am starting to be really worry about it.

I have also run this anki-console via cmd.exe. Please find below a copy of its results:

I thank you all in advance for all possible support helping me out!
