Anki help issue needs resolve

First and foremost, is there a contact number or an email I can contact ANKI sutomer service for help.

The application, on my Windows, ANKI is malfunctioning and won’t let me access my cards and make and new flashcards. Please, if anyone knows how to help me get in contact with me, and reply. I much appreciate that.

I don’t know if I downloaded too many add-ons, and they’re just not processing properly and are malfunctioning.?

I even copy and pasted the Debugging error to why it is malfunctioning, here it is:

The error message tracebacks specifically mention add-on #1902186394 (Dynamic Cards). Try disabling or uninstalling that specific add-on.
