Anki Fatal Error notification while creating a note

Hi all, I use desktop Anki when I do some management of my cards. I renamed a couple of decks, took a couple of subdecks into “major deck folder”, added some media files (pictures and sounds from awesome tts). After that, I went on to create some new notes - after creating like 10 notes - I received this fatal error message. I copied the message and then the ANki terminated (I think I closed a window or something of this message). When I restarted the Anki, there were these 10 new created notes, so nothing seems to be missing at first sight.

Here is the message. Not sure if this kind of exact same error was reported by somebody already - if yes - sorry for spamming, if not - I wanted to share it.

A fatal error occurred, and Anki must close. Please report this message on the forums.
