Anki error occurs when trying to add a new card(s) that contain custom labels using image occlusion

The end error notes specify that the enhanced image occlusion add-on itself is responsible. Is there any way to fix this?

And if I delete the image occlusion add-on (to re-install), will the previous cards I’ve made using image occlusion be affected in any way?

Note: the image occlusion add-on is already up-to-date.
