Anki doesn´t continuos the study mode..... It´s crash

When I click the button to study the first card show, and when I click to show the answer a message appears. The message that appears is the showed below:

Thank you, however none of this solution works for me.

Now the message change and shows:

The latest error you pasted indicates you’re still on 2.1.49. Please try with the latest Anki version.
