Hi,
on arch linux anki crashes when “de,bg(phonetic)” is set as keyboard layout.
$ setxkbmap “de,bg(phonetic)”
$ anki
Python module pip_system_certs is not installed. System certificate store and custom SSL certificates may not work. See:

I am able to work around this, but it probably warrants a fix.
