Anki crashes immediately after installing AnkiHub add-on (macOS)

I’m on macOS (Anki 25.02.6), and every time I reinstall the AnkiHub add-on (ID: 1322529746), Anki crashes immediately after opening.

Steps I’ve already taken:

  • Deleted the add-on folder at addons21/1322529746
  • Deleted any local ankihub config or database files
  • Confirmed there’s no ankihub folder in my profile (User 1)
  • Tried reinstalling AnkiHub in Safe Mode and blocking sync
  • As soon as I reopen Anki normally, it crashes again

Here’s the last part of the error trace:sqlite3.DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed

This makes me think the issue is tied to my AnkiHub account or a deck I was previously synced to.
Can someone help me reset my account state or look into this?
